Customer Service Representative
Location: Braga, Portugal
Contract Type: Fixed-term (CDD) 6 months
Start Date: 4th December 2024
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays), 07:00 AM 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day off
Salary:
* 830 per month (14 payments per year)
* 170 per month (12 payments per year)
Benefits:
* Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day
* Transport Allowance: 20 per month
* Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (employee contribution required; free after 6 months)
* Position Bonus (Braga): 20 per month (paid over 12 months)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer support in French via phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers with inquiries related to products or services, addressing issues and offering solutions.
* Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication with customers.
* Handle customer requests efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements:
* Fluency in French (written and spoken).
* Basic knowledge of English (for communication with colleagues).
* Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
* Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
