LEICA PORTUGAL is searching for a SAP PP Senior Consultant to its facilities in V. N. Famalicão.OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOBThis professional will be part of the international greenfield S4 HANA implementation project, and will report hierarchically to local Administration and functionality to SAP project leader from headquarters.Main Responsabilities:• Within the international greenfield S4 HANA implementation project, creating a template for Leica Camera entities• Responsible for consulting and implementation in SAP PP together with colleagues from headquarter SAP team• Consulting the user departments in optimization and redesigning their end-to-end processes in SAP and in connected business applications• Determination and evaluation of process requirements within the SAP standards and pro-actively initiating and driving change towards a state-of-the-art process and SAP system design• Improving the exchange on best-practices with the worldwide processes and SAP community of LEICA CameraProfile:• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in the SAP area of production and logistics (PP module) for manufacturing companies in discrete and repetitive production• Very good customizing knowledge in SAP PP (mandatory) - knowledge on S4 HANA is a plus• Experience with Add-ons and interfaces in manufacturing (e.g., MES systems)• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies – certification will be a plus• Ability to work in an international team• Sense of responsibility and a high degree of customer orientation• Very good communication skills in English and Portuguese - knowledge German language skills would be a plus• University degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline• Available to travel and to spend an onboarding period in the headquarters• Good presentation skills
