Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Within Bosch Portugal, you will be part of the People Acquisition Campus, a specialized internal recruitment service that supports talent attraction and employer branding strategy for all Bosch divisions in Portugal. For that you will:
1. Recruitment Strategy: Support local HR and Hiring Managers in the definition of talent attraction activities and selection methods;
2. Selection Process: Lead the selection and hiring process, from job advertisement publication to offer negotiation;
3. Employer Branding: Act as a sponsor for Bosch Employee Value Proposition, as well as define strategy to attract the company's target talents. Participate in defined activities and research innovative ideas;
4. Continuous Improvement: Be aware of new trends and innovations in the recruitment area, as well as implement improvements in the team's processes;
5. Stakeholders Management: Lead discussions and influence with expertise decisions regarding recruitment, competence evaluation, hiring, and internal processes between teams.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education: Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology or similar;
Experience: Previous experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience in project management and continuous improvement activities;
Know-How: Candidate competence evaluation through interviews, ideally knowledge of SAR Method. Understanding of job market and active sourcing of potential candidates;
Working Style & Methods: Collaborative team player who thrives in multinational cross-functional environments. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
Personality: Passionate about customer success and delivering results. Detail-oriented with a critical approach to problem-solving and innovation;
Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
