IT Transformation
We are undergoing a significant transformation of our internal IT infrastructure, focusing on modernization, simplification, and globalization. This includes the implementation of a new operating model and organization driven by service catalogues.
Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee the delivery of network services, ensuring they meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and user expectations.
* Collaborate with network engineers, administrators, and other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Coordinate with external vendors to procure and manage network services and hardware.
* Monitor and report on the performance of network services, identifying areas for improvement.
* Manage network-related incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on business operations.
* Evaluate and improve service delivery processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
* Maintain detailed documentation of service delivery processes, SLAs, and performance metrics.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on service performance and improvement initiatives.
