About the Role
As the SEO & Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Nutrium's content strategy for B2B audiences in the corporate benefits sector.
You will create high-quality, engaging content that drives traffic and conversions while ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
This role involves analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and collaborating across teams to drive marketing success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop strategic content for top and middle-of-funnel B2B audiences, including blogs, white papers, case studies, landing pages, and LinkedIn posts.
2. Analyze traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, using insights to improve content effectiveness.
3. Assist with broader marketing initiatives, such as events, copy for social media and paid media campaigns, and more - with a flexible and proactive approach.
4. Research trends and content opportunities in the B2B corporate benefits sector, proposing creative ideas to maximize impact.
Who You Are
* 3-6 years of experience in SEO and Content Marketing.
* Skilled in keyword research, on-page optimization, and tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
* Able to create engaging, high-quality content across blogs, white papers, case studies, landing pages, and LinkedIn posts.
* Confident in analyzing performance metrics and using insights to refine strategies.
* Proactive and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude and hands-on approach.
* Eager to identify trends and content gaps while proposing innovative solutions for maximum impact.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus).
* Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
