We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled IT Resourcer to join our team in Braga on a freelance basis.Job DescriptionAs an IT Recruiter at Acquism SARL, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing IT professionals in both contract and permanent positions across multiple EU countries.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in IT recruitment to deliver exceptional results.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential IT candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and other platforms.Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for various roles.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.Coordination: Work closely with the recruitment team and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.RequirementsLanguage Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.IT Knowledge: Understanding of the IT industry and relevant technologies.Experience: Previous experience in IT recruitment or a related field.Tools: Proficient in using CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Teams.Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to handle pressure.Self-Employed: Must be self-employed/freelancer with the ability to work on a contract basis.What We OfferCompensation: Competitive basic salary plus an attractive commission scheme.Performance Bonus: Additional bonuses based on performance.Work Environment: Fast-paced and supportive work environment.Growth Opportunities: Potential for professional growth and development within the company.
