Talent Acquisition Specialist - German Speaker
Fluent in English and German, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as an Account Manager for designated markets, delivering agreed services with expertise in Sourcing (owner of goals and deliverables).
* Build a strategy for the Markets (including specific requisitions) – Sourcing, RMK, E2E, Insights, driving actionable discussion around strategic workforce planning.
* SOURCE OR MANAGE E2E process, as per needs, bringing cross-market/external best practices.
* Follow governance (MOR, QOR), leveraging talent acquisition insights (talent and companies mapping) and overall business understanding.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English and German.
* Strong knowledge of E2E recruitment process, including training and people development.
* Talent Acquisition Insights, with talent and companies mapping.
* Overall Business understanding, standard knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
* Understanding of compliance in Talent Acquisition and basic knowledge of recruiting laws.
