WHAT THE ROLE IS

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Providing a warm, professional, and efficient welcome to all guests, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
• Managing front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Resolving guest concerns promptly and courteously, always aiming for complete satisfaction.
• Maintaining a pristine and organized reception area to reflect the hotel’s standards.
• Handling administrative tasks such as managing emails, correspondence, and phone inquiries to support smooth operations.
• Participating in regular training (e.g., customer service, safety protocols) to enhance your skills.
• Assisting with on-site services such as restaurant reservations, concierge requests, and guest itineraries.
• Promoting the hotel’s services, including dining, spa treatments, and local experiences, to enhance guest stays.
• Providing support in other areas, such as event setups or guest amenities, as needed to deliver seamless service.
• Collaborating with and assisting other departments (e.g., housekeeping, food & beverage, events) during busy periods or special circumstances, contributing to seamless hotel operations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Previous experience in a guest-facing role in a hotel or similar setting.
• The ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are highly valued.
• A professional demeanor that aligns with our service standards
