About the Role
As Head of E-commerce & Digital, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Minga London’s e-commerce operations to ensure the best shopping experience for our customers and deliver strong sales growth. This role requires a data-driven mindset, with a strong focus on paid media performance, analytics, and website optimization. You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and leading a team to implement cutting-edge e-commerce solutions while keeping the website updated to reflect current trends and outperform competitors.
Key Responsibilities
* E-commerce Leadership
* Lead and supervise all areas of e-commerce, including data analysis, strategy, CRO, Paid Media, SEO, UX, Customer Service, product, and merchandising.
* Develop and execute strategies to improve site conversion, drive sales, and increase profitability.
* Provide thought leadership, innovation, and process optimization initiatives.
* Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team to implement effective solutions.
* Paid Media & Analytics
* Manage paid media strategies (PPC, Paid Social, Re-Marketing, CRM, Affiliate) to maximize ROI and drive traffic.
* Use advanced analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize budgets, and identify growth opportunities.
* Continuously analyze customer behavior and data to refine strategies.
* Website Management & Optimization
* Ensure the website is always up to date, including navigation, UX, product management, and overall functionality.
* Monitor competitors and e-commerce trends to implement innovative features.
* Oversee SEO strategy to drive organic growth and ensure quality control.
* Digital Marketing & Collaboration
* Lead the digital marketing strategy, including email marketing, CRM, and social integrations.
* Work cross-functionally to execute campaigns and resolve last-minute challenges.
Requirements
* 4+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
* Strong expertise in paid media platforms and analytics, with proven success in ROI optimization.
* Advanced knowledge of e-commerce technologies, preferably with Shopify experience.
* Experience in UX, CRO, SEO, Email Marketing, and Customer Service is highly valued.
* Fluent in English (indispensable for working with international teams).
