Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in D2C (direct-to-consumer) marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing large budgets and international campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role will be essential in scaling our digital presence, driving significant traffic, and maximizing conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize paid marketing channels, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest Ads.
* Develop, execute, and analyze performance marketing strategies that align with Minga London's overall goals.
* Oversee substantial marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI across all channels.
* Manage international marketing campaigns, focusing on proper localization and market-specific strategies.
* Conduct audience research, segmentation, and analysis to optimize campaign performance.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure performance marketing strategies align with brand and content goals.
* Provide detailed performance reports, offering insights and real-time adjustments to boost campaign success.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in performance marketing with D2C brands.
* Experience managing high-budget, international digital campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
* Strong understanding of the e-commerce and fashion industries, with experience scaling digital campaigns globally.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
* Strong knowledge of audience targeting, creative performance optimization, and budget management.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
