The Job
* Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
* Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
* Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
* Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator
(‘KPIs’)
* Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
* Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client
* Ensuring to protect the data of the customer and compliance process is followed
The Profile
* You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Consumer Durables industry.
* You are a strong networker & relationship builder
* You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
* You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
