:) WHAT YOU WILL DO - Develop logic flows and consistent screens designed to support an end-to-end warehouse management system; - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze the business processes, and integrate feedback into design iterations; - Design intuitive UI/UX for web and smart glasses; - Create wireframes, prototypes, diagrams, large-scale flows, and user scenarios to effectively convey design concepts; - Present recurring design reviews to the customer's team; - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries.
MUST HAVE - Hands-on exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical problem-solving, and working closely with requirements throughout the development process; - 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product/application development team; - Experience in understanding complex concepts, diagramming large-scale flows with logic checks ; - Understanding of accessibility standards and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS); - Experience in creating prototypes or detailed wireframes for complex applications; - Proficiency in Figma and similar tools; - Relevant experience with corp-level dashboards; - Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization; - Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility; - Have an available online portfolio; - Ability to work in EST time zone (5-6 hours coverage); - Upper-Intermediate English level.
