Tasks:
As a Customer Support Agent for a leader Automotive Group company, your role will involve providing customer assistance to guarantee and improve a great relationship between the company and its users. You will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. And that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing the client with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
Staying updated on client's latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
Profile:
German C2
English B2
Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
