Your contribution to something big:
* Managing indirect purchasing activities within the Professional Services area for the assigned countries (e.g., UK, Benelux);
* Delivery of category and subcategory results;
* Develop specific expertise, including market know-how, sourcing methods, and competencies, for the defined scope;
* Implement indirect purchasing processes ensuring compliance requirements;
* Input and implementation of the global strategy in the defined scope;
* Adapt and ensure specific expertise, including market know-how, sourcing methods, and competencies within the defined scope;
* Establish and further develop standard processes and tasks within the defined scope;
* Drive competition / further develop and apply negotiation expertise;
* Preparation and approval of purchasing decisions/contracts in accordance with the signature regulations;
* Key Account / Stakeholder management as per assigned scope;
* Managing escalations;
* Lean Routines / CIP methods and tools.
What distinguishes you:
* Bachelor’s degree (Technical or Commercial) and professional work experience min. 1 year;
* Experience with purchasing methods and IT tools for Indirect Purchasing;
* Business fluent English knowledge in writing and speech;
* Cost analysis within Indirect Purchasing;
* Willingness to travel;
* Category specialized knowledge;
* Contract law and legal requirements, compliance;
* Project management and moderation skills.
