Your role will involve organizing data and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making and enhance online sales performance.A day in the life of...Define and support Data and Analytics Strategy: Assist in establishing key eCommerce metrics, identifying data tools and service providers, and managing vendor relationships.
Provide ongoing training and awareness to support central and market teams in data management and analytical methodologies.Reporting, Dashboarding, and Automation: Manage and maintain predictive dashboards and analytical processes to ensure they scale with business demands.
Provide flexible access to performance tracking across various metrics, including growth, profitability, market share, media ROI, and content/digital shelf performance.
Ensure the dashboards are up-to-date and function effectively.Data Integration: Collaborate with teams across the group (sales, marketing, finance) to ensure that nutrition data is integrated into the eCommerce data within the commercial data foundation.
This will help develop broader and more sophisticated use cases.Market Support: Support markets by providing insights, capabilities training, and ensuring the adoption of global taxonomies, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
