We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join their team in Stockley Park on a temporary basis.

Profile: Relevant experience in the Employee Relations field and a BS or BA degreeExperience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry desiredExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsBroad knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures in EuropeSolid working knowledge and understanding of Human Resources legislation/employment law, principles, policies, and procedures in multiple countriesAbility to exercise good judgement and provide strategic adviceExcellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage a high volume of workProficient with ER case management systems and comfortable exporting, interpreting, and summarising data for relevant audiences (e.g., HR leaders, business leaders, employees at large). Experience using ServiceNow or an equivalent case management system is a plusRole Overview: Join a dynamic Employee Relations team managing complex people issues in a fair, consistent, and compliant manner. You'll handle performance management, investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, terminations, reorganisations, and complex leaves of absence. You will act as a subject matter expert on International ER issues and provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Managers on managing employment risk.
