Functions:
1. Responsibility for managing phone contacts with customers;
2. Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty;
3. Advising customers on all client services and offers.
Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge or experience in a call center;
2. German native;
3. English medium level (C1);
4. Strong communication skills;
5. Strong attention to the customer.
