Job Description
The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding the client's product or services.
What you will do in this role
* Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries
* Provide account and application support to viewers namely concerning software functionality
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
* Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers’ inquiries
* Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Clients
Requirements
* High level of Italian, Portuguese, and English (oral and written)
* Passionate about the entertainment and media industry
* Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
* Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
* Positive and can-do attitude
