Job Description
We are looking for a Consultant & Trainer to join our team and contribute to the success of our organizational transformation initiatives. This professional will play a central role in developing change projects, promoting adherence, capacity building, and engagement of all stakeholders.
* Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with the client's and organization's objectives.
* Conduct organizational impact analyses and identify potential barriers to change.
* Design and implement communication plans to engage stakeholders in transformation processes.
* Create customized educational materials, such as guides, presentations, and manuals, to support team training.
* Plan and deliver in-person and online training sessions, ensuring alignment with employee needs.
* Organize and conduct participatory workshops to foster collaboration and understanding of changes.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting approaches as necessary.
* Promote best practices in change management and share knowledge with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in change management, training, or similar roles
* Advanced use of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
* CCP - Certificate of Pedagogical Competence / former CAP (preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
* Experience in designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions
* Proficiency in creating educational content using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, among others
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and collaboration tools will be valued
