07:00 AM - 05:30 PM (Rotational shifts)
2 days off: Saturday and Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Advise healthcare professionals and accompany them by telephone in their use of the software, both by answering incoming requests and by calling them proactively.
- Train them in the use of our services by phone.
- Ensure the quick and efficient processing of requests received by email.
- Advise and answer client questions about the product.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Profile:
- French C2
- English B2
- Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
