Responsibilities:
* Controlling and ensuring the integrity of asset management;
* Scheduling and monitoring the transport of equipment and materials;
* Entering and updating data in internal management tools;
* Managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate records;
* Producing control reports and performance indicators;
* Collaborating with the Logistics, Staging, and Field teams to align administrative processes.
Profile:
* Academic qualifications at 12th grade level;
* Previous experience of between 1 and 3 years in an administrative or process control role;
* Basic knowledge of asset management and logistics (retail experience would be an asset);
* Proficiency in Office tools (knowledge of Excel is mandatory);
* High sense of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines;
* Good communication and teamwork skills;
* Driving licence (required);
* Availability for a 6-month project.
