Job Title: Italian Team Manager
We are seeking a talented and accomplished Italian Team Manager to supervise an assigned team, meet or exceed client/corporate goals, and coach and motivate advisors.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with the working group, articulating operational, management, and other types of information.
* Solve problems, make decisions, analyze results, and ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements.
* Work collaboratively as a team to develop advisors' activities.
* Continually review and monitor work performance, taking corrective action when necessary.
* Provide clear direction and guidance to achieve key performance metrics.
* Accurately and timely communicate client issues to Operations Manager.
* Maintain a teamwork environment that supports commitment, loyalty, and pride in working for the company.
* Implement actions from Employee Satisfaction surveys and continuously review them.
Requirements:
* Native or proficient level of Italian (mandatory).
* Proficient level of English (C1 and above).
* Minimum of 6 months of call center experience preferably as Team Manager or product specialist.
* Effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
* Excellent telephone, keyboard, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills.
* Effective time management.
* Ability to organize, prioritize, set priorities, and multi-task.
* Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
