Supplier Engagement Manager
leads supplier onboarding and marketing for SCS programs, ensuring monetization and a smooth experience.

Get to know your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier onboarding processes, clearly communicating SCF benefits and facilitating enrollment; - Conduct working capital analysis to support supplier decision-making; - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and improve supplier activation; - Develop and distribute supplier-facing materials to support engagement; - Monitor onboarding metrics and generate reports to support decision-making and capacity planning; - Deliver onboarding and utilization targets, ensuring high standards in execution and supplier experience; - Maintain compliance with internal procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements.
The desired profile:
- 23 years of experience in client-facing roles; - Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills; - Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office; - Familiarity with trade finance systems or GTS platforms is an advantage; - Fluency in English is required; - University degree preferred; experience in procurement or supply chain is a plus.
