Monday to Friday:
07:00 AM - 05:30 PM (Rotational shifts)
2 days off: Saturday and Sunday
Responsibilities:
Advise healthcare professionals and assist them via telephone in their use of the software, including answering incoming requests and making proactive calls.
Train clients in the use of our services by phone.
Ensure the quick and efficient processing of requests received by email.
Advise and answer client questions about the product.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Profile:
French C2
English B2
Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
