Job Description: We are looking for a Service Operation Expert to ensure the smooth operation and performance of xECM (OpenText) and M-Files services. This role will collaborate with Service Owners to enhance user satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities: Manage service requests for xECM and M-Files.Oversee user accounts and license lifecycle.Maintain accurate system configurations.Ensure business continuity and support Service Owners with reporting and analysis.Assist in planning, testing, and implementing service changes.Support integration of xECM with other systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Provide user training and develop documentation.Coordinate with Help Desk teams (L0/L1) and Managed Services partners (L2/L3).Analyze recurring incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Requirements: Proven experience in operating and supporting xECM (Opentext) and M-Files.Knowledge of access management, license administration, and system configuration.Experience with ITSM tools for incident management.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to train users.Experience in enterprise system integrations (e.g., SuccessFactors).Familiarity with process improvement and automation methodologies.
