Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Sourcing Strategies: Utilize job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other creative sourcing methods to find and attract top talent.
Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and project timelines.

What kind of professional are we looking for? The COVER letter is necessary! Experience: 1-3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in IT or game development roles.
Knowledge of Game Development Roles: Familiarity with the gaming industry and knowledge of typical roles in game development (e.g., 2D/3D Artists, Game Developers, Designers, QA Testers, etc.).
Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with candidates and convey our company culture effectively.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with hiring teams and ability to take constructive feedback.
