This Internship will allow the Intern to gain some professional experience in our main departments, promoting the acquisition of a wide range of skills and knowledge within various topics. The Intern will work closely with our teams and will focus on supporting all areas of the department(s).
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with each department, as well as with our subsidiaries around the globe, to ensure the best team approach to a certain task/situation.
2. Ensure mandatory tasks are completed according to respective requirements and deadlines.
3. Provide support in administrative tasks as needed: document organization, classification, filing, etc.
4. Proactively contribute to a synergetic work environment.
5. Participate in IEFP related and department related meetings.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Law, Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, and others. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages will also be valued in the recruitment process. Attention to detail and great capacity to meet deadlines.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
