About the Area:
As a Senior Staff Product Designer at the Primitives team, you will shape the AI experience on the QuintoAndar platform and work on high-priority initiatives that impact the overall experience.
About the role:
In this role, you will operate at a mature level of Strategy with a clear connection to the business's impact. You will deliver valuable contributions, sharing best practices and methodologies with your team. You will take charge of holistic visualization and future outlook, leading complex projects autonomously.
Responsibilities:
* Influence the quality of the craft in the design chapter and mentor other designers.
* Serve as a professional reference for the team, orienting and encouraging best practices in visual principles.
* Proficient in interaction design, visual design, motion, and prototyping.
* Generate a wide range of design solutions to achieve craft excellence.
* Understand user needs and market trends.
* Collaborate with leaders from other disciplines to influence the design roadmap.
* Excellent storytelling and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Exceptional prototyping skills, visualizing multiple product design directions.
* Experience in the entire product development process, from problem-framing to detailed UI design.
* World-class portfolio with a track record of designing industry-leading digital products.
* Experience running workshops and facilitating co-creation sessions.
* Present design work to senior stakeholders (C-level).
* Knowledge of user psychology, research methodology, and usage data.
* Experience mentoring mid-level and senior designers.
* Excellent English skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
* Experience on projects using AI (desirable).
