Together, we connect a greener world!Ensure financial transparency and support the development of your team As the Director, Head of Operations Controlling, you will be responsible for ensuring financial transparency and optimizing operational performance across multiple industrial sites in Europe.
You will manage a team of 4 finance managers (with P&L responsibility), manage financial reporting, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
Your responsibility will be to:Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial reports for multiple manufacturing sitesMonitor operational performance and ensure financial targets are metOversee the budgeting and forecasting processes for the manufacturing sitesEnsure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policiesIdentify and implement cost-reduction initiatives across the sitesManage initiatives to streamline processes, enhance operational control systems, and implement best practices in financial reporting and analysisYou will report to the VP Finance Application and collaborate with site managers, group finance, operational teams and other internal stakeholders to improve financial performance.
This role requires travel up to 30-40%, mainly within Europe.
This position can be fully remote, and be located in Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Lithuania or Portugal.
Due to the amount of travel in this position, it is ideal to live close to an international airport.Experienced financial leader with an engaged approachYou have experience as a manager and leader, and you coach, support and develop your team for better results.
You are a strategic thinker with analytical skills, structured approach and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
