About You
You’re a natural problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer support. Here’s what we’re looking for:
* You have a keen eye for detail.
* You speak English and Italian fluently (Spanish or Portuguese would be a plus).
* Excellent communication skills and a warm, customer-focused attitude.
* The ability to work independently and adapt quickly to remote work.

The Role
On a typical day, you will:
* Provide operational support to the Customer Operations team.
* Establish and maintain quality standards.
* Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
* Help customers use specific features and resolve their issues.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and insights.
* Identify best practices to establish consistency and efficiency at scale.
Salary Range
For this position, we have a total gross package of €15,000 to €18,000 (plus meal allowance, health insurance, and other benefits).
