Overview

The Business Development and Growth Manager has important duties and responsibilities to fulfil, with both short and long-term goals to achieve, and be responsible to increase sales leads and identify ways VAKT can expand and grow its revenue.

Responsibilities
1. Find and retain new clients to increase revenue and business growth;
2. Developing growth strategies and plans to attract new clients;
3. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives;
4. Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
5. Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones;
6. Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
Key Skills and Experience
Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field;
2. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
3. Experience selling enterprise trading software;
4. Strong communication skills and IT fluency;
5. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;
6. Excellent organizational skills;
7. Experience in enterprise trading new business sales;
8. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
