Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire a Financial & Administrative Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting client-related projects and internal financial operations. This position requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage financial tasks while providing administrative support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Engage in daily interactions and troubleshooting activities with clients, focusing on financial data analysis and providing insights for decision-making.
2. Manage day-to-day communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and precision in conveying financial information and analysis.
3. Conduct thorough research to gather and analyze financial information essential for strategic financial decision-making including financial performance metrics.
4. Provide administrative support to the management team and finance department, supporting with daily finance tasks such as processing payroll, invoicing, payments and financial data management for reporting and analysis purposes.
5. Implement and maintain efficient organization methods, ensuring streamlined workflows and improved data accessibility for informed decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Fluency in Portuguese is a requirement for this position.
2. Proficient fluency in English.
3. Undergraduate degree.
4. Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements (Required)
