As part of our team, you will:
* Validating and auditing customer network architecture and current configuration
* Preparing configuration designs and scripts based on the official documentation and standards
* Planning and preparing migration plans
* Creating site survey forms for the field engineers and validating the results of the site survey based on the agreed standards
* Creating and modifying rack layouts, physical schematics and updating floor plans
* Building work packs (instructions and implementation plans) for the field engineers for on-site activities
* Executing transmission testing
* Troubleshooting and solving network issues
* Updating databases and systems, preparing documentation and reports required by the customer
* Ensuring efficient communication regarding the executed activities
* Providing inputs to the PMO Reporting team
* Acting as primary point of technical contact throughout the order process
* Maintaining a customer-oriented manner and professional relationship with customers, service organization and internal teams
* Supporting other Team Leader’s and Senior Management’s ad hoc requests
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
• Able to perform all standard and limited non-standard tasks individually or as part of a team.
• Can solve problems using well-known information sources.
• Rapidly learns new tasks and understands new information relevant to own job.
• Owns and manages KPI delivery to exceed contractual requirements.
• Implementations of new features / Customer Delivery (CD) / system upgrades as per Care / customer requirements.
• Acceptance test of network elements.
• Supports project managers with delivery of new network elements and sites.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
* Bachelor or master’s degree in Electrical Telecommunications Engineering or similar;
* Fluent English both oral and written (mandatory), Spanish it's a plus;
* Good knowledge of Microsoft tools;
* Client focused and oriented for continuous improvement.
It would be nice if you also had:
* CCNA or CCNP Certification
* JNCIA or JNCIP Certification
* Knowledge of programming languages like VB Script, PHP, Bash Script
