Service Designer Consultant
We are looking for senior professionals to lead Service Design projects with support from our specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop service design strategies integrating user research, market analysis, and business goals.
* Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions to gather insights and co-create service concepts.
* Utilize tools such as personas, journey maps, and prototypes to visualize and communicate service designs.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure service design concepts are translated into actionable project plans and deliverables.
* Measure and evaluate the impact of implemented services, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in service design, technology, and industry-specific challenges.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (as long as you fit the competencies needed).
* Portuguese and English speaker.
* Demonstrable experience in service design or design thinking.
* Strong analytical skills with an ability to synthesize complex information.
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
* A proactive, creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
