Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the restructuring, design, execution, and delivery of cleanroom infrastructure and special facilities. The successful candidate will manage all phases of the project, ensuring seamless execution, compliance with technical norms, and delivery within the established timeframe and budget. They will also be responsible for the overall coordination and strategic supervision of the cleanroom refurbishment project, ensuring that execution is aligned with technical and regulatory norms and quality standards.
Job Duties
The job duties will be the following:
Project Management:
* Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones;
* Manage all project activities, including mechanical, HVAC, cleanroom, particulate control, pressure, and process utility systems;
* Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure alignment;
* Oversee site surveys, space management, and activity coordination with internal stakeholders;
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Senior Management and other stakeholders;
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams;
* Organise alignment meetings to address issues and determine next steps;
* Validate financial proposals and budgets to ensure cost efficiency and transparency;
Present progress reports and manage risks to keep stakeholders informed.
Compliance and Quality Control:
* Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards, including ISO 14644, and regulatory requirements;
* Validate testing and commissioning of installed systems, ensuring adherence to technical specifications;
Coordinate final validation of the cleanroom and associated systems with independent entities.
Mandatory Qualifications
Education:
* Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience:
* 5-6 years of experience in engineering, construction, HVAC, cleanroom, or process utility systems;
* Proven experience managing cleanroom projects, including testing and validation.
Technical Skills:
* Strong knowledge of ISO 14644 and other relevant cleanroom standards;
* Proficiency in interpreting and reviewing technical drawings and engineering documentation;
* Proficiency in managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and validation processes.
Other Valued Skills:
* Experience in designing and implementing clean room infrastructures.

* Ability to work effectively under tight schedules and manage competing priorities;

Selection Process
A.
