We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage and grow our high-value B2B SaaS clients (ACV $100K+). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of providing business value to clients as a Customer Success Manager and ensuring customer retention through exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the product's usage and delivery matches with customer's business needs and KPI's
* Minimise churn and maximise retention of 12-24 month license subscriptions
* Drive customer growth through feature-based upsell and usage-based advertising
* Drive product adoption with client's various GTM teams including Marketing, Sales development, Sales, Revenue operations and Customer Success
* Provide value in every customer interaction and help immediate product users to be successful with the product
* Periodically interact with C/VP/Director level decision makers to understand business goals and manage Quarterly Business Reviews
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS product with $100K+ ACV clients
* Understanding modern B2B go-to-market processes including marketing, sales development, sales and revenue operations
* Ability to interact with high-level decision makers and understand business goals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong technical understanding of sales and marketing tech stack
* Use product analytics software like Pendo to track customer health and satisfaction
* Experience with using Hubspot and customer health scoring and CSAT and NPS tracking is a plus.
* Adequate technical understanding of modern B2B sales and marketing tech stack including at least CRM, Marketing automation, Website analytics, digital advertising and sales engagement.
