Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales from generating new opportunities to acquiring new clients.
* Prospect new clients through telephone, email, and social media outreach.
* Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and conduct product demonstrations.
* Present solutions tailored to each prospect's needs and opportunities.
* Prepare and submit proposals based on each potential client's profile.
* Negotiate prices, contract terms, and payment conditions to close deals.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, controlling your process, and achieving individual goals.
* Analyze and improve your performance continuously to support team KPI success.
Requirements:
* Strong development and negotiation skills.
* A proven track record of high performance and target achievement.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
* Self-motivation and a drive to tackle challenges head-on.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* A willingness to continually learn and grow.
* Focused on metrics and closing deals.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Advanced/Native English skills (C1/C2 level).
* At least 2 years of experience as Inside Sales, Closer, or Business Development Manager in SaaS Companies.
* Professional communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
* Availability to work 40 hours per week.
* Good internet speed for remote work.
Nice-to-Have:
* Experience as a Business Development Representative, focusing on outbound prospecting.
* Previous experience in the hospitality market.
