The Analyst, People Group Operations, will play a key role in supporting the operational needs of the People Group (PG), as well as the various workflows and processes that directly impact the team member experience.
The Analyst will deliver high-quality analytics and execute with operational excellence. They will create value from the delivery of impactful solutions within the PG function and serve as a data steward and translator to leaders in the organization.
This individual contributor must have the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members in all functions within the People Group, as well as other business partners and stakeholders in the organization. This is an important position requiring technical knowledge, business awareness, and industry expertise during a time of accelerated growth.

1. Contributes to the operational processes and data needs of the PG and the business
2. Integrate data from multiple sources to produce well-rounded insights into our team member experience
3. Generate actionable insights through the use of metrics and dashboards to optimize and drive the decision-making for PG strategies

4. Operate as a ‘trusted advisor’ to all internal clients and stakeholders
5. Collaborate with other departments regarding PG initiatives, building internal and external relationships to ensure strong partnerships across the Ryan ecosystem
6. Establish “to-be” solution alternatives with recommendations and participate in the best approach to pilot and deploy solutions
7. Work on cross-functional projects focused on continuous improvement, automation, and standardization
8. Develop and deliver training and communication artifacts that support self-service for end-users

Education and Experience:
15. Bachelor's degree in relevant, business-oriented degree required (e.g., Human Capital Management, Finance, or Data Analytics); advanced degree preferred
16. Interest in People Group Operations and Human Resources function
17. Interest in working with Workday HCM is highly preferred
18. Interest in workforce analytics and tools that evaluate metrics to improve talent capacity planning and maximize labor utilization
19. Innovative and creative, combined with the ability to execute solutions in a results-oriented environment
20. Must be a self-starter; ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment, managing multiple deadlines and priorities on a large capacity and global scale
21. Handles and safeguards confidential information and sensitive material
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook tech-savvy, and Internet navigation and research. Knowledge of Workday HR and Workday Adaptive is preferred.
