As an HR Operations Intern at Ryan, you will gain hands-on experience in a wide range of HR functions. You will work closely with the HR Operations team to help streamline HR processes and support various HR initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist with HR Operations: Support the HR team in streamlining and optimizing HR processes, including data management, record-keeping, and HRIS updates.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in the coordination of new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for employees.
3. Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
4. HR Reporting: Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics, helping to provide insights for HR decision-making.
5. Employee Relations: Support the HR team in addressing employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues in a timely manner.
6. HR Projects: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and wellness programs.
7. Compliance: Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
8. General Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Education and Experience:
9. Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Law, Information Technology, Psychology, Sociology, and others. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages will also be valued in the recruitment process—attention to detail and great capacity to meet deadlines.
Computer Skills:
10. To perform this job successfully, an individual should know Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
