What You Will Do:

* Develop reports and actionable insights to present to leadership and guide future strategy.
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven experience in a Growth Marketing or Growth Manager role, ideally in a startup, gaming, or tech company.
* Deep knowledge of the gaming and skins market, staying ahead of industry trends and community behavior (mandatory).
* Strong analytical mindset, using data-driven decision-making to optimize growth initiatives.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both gaming enthusiasts and professional traders.
* Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach to improving processes and exceeding targets.
