About the Role
We are seeking a Partner Development Manager to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our AWS Partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving strategy and building relationships with leading system integrators and consulting firms.
Your Responsibilities
* Help drive executive and field relationships with key partners and their customers.
* Establish and grow business and technical relationships with partners.
* Manage day-to-day interactions with partner accounts.
* Help drive top-line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption.
The Ideal Candidate
* Business background with ability to engage at CxO level.
* Sales background with ability to interact with customers and account management/field reps.
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
* Ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Help manage and drive joint engagements between SIs, AWS Partner and Account Management Teams.
2. Work with regional and country Partner Success Management, and AWS account teams in a highly collaborative operating model.
3. Support partners on solution support & pricing constructs.
4. Liaise with the Partner's field sales organization, channels and end customers.
5. Help create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.

Requirements
* Significant experience in partner management, sales, and business development.
* Experience building industry-specific value propositions and integrating them in regional sales GTM.
* Deep sales experience and discipline to generate new opportunities.
* Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics.
Bilingual English-Portuguese speaker a plus
