Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
* Help customers with product inquiries, order problems, and technical issues.
* Find solutions to customer problems and pass on difficult cases to the right team.
* Provide clear and helpful answers to make sure customers are happy.
* Keep records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
* Fluency in German (C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level or higher).
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
* No previous experience required – this is a great entry-level opportunity.
* Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule
