Our client is a global distributor of technology products and services. The company connects technology manufacturers with resellers, system integrators, service providers, and other partners. It offers a wide range of IT products, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve targeted revenue & GP margin by driving customer breadth, product mixing, regional coverage, and coverage of all customer segments.
* Develop database of channel partners to find new customers and increase business volume with existing ones; analyze the customer database in the assigned region to identify new opportunities and growth strategies.
* Report results and actions to the respective product manager on closed business, submit a forecast for the forthcoming month, and list lost business with valid reasons.
* Marketing & Sales Planning: communicate promotions/special offers to customers regularly in a timely and professional manner.
* Vendor & Reseller Relations: develop, execute, & maintain good relations with the reseller channel in the assigned region.
* Teamwork: facilitate problem-solving and participate in sales team activities; assist the team in developing selling strategies to maximize profitability.
Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement:
* Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in IT Sales.
* Experience with HP products.
Job Qualifications Requirement:
* At least 4 years of experience in the same position (Sales Manager/Business Unit Manager in Portugal).
* Experience selling HP and IT hardware products is a must.
* Experience in IT distribution.
* Good market knowledge and analysis.
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
