In Talent Acquisition team we are focused on recruitment of the best candidates in Shared Service area. We partner our business in making their teams stronger via providing them with hiring solutions for fresh talents. We recruit, attend career fairs, coffee chats, coordinating employer branding activities, giving presentations and more.
Your main objective will be managing recruitment life cycle for employee of our Shared Service Centre in Braga (screening, interviewing, assessing, and recommending candidates).
You going to develop candidates pool by being active on social media or thru various databases.
Being main point of contact for hiring managers to understand their needs will be one of your major tasks.
Search expert, candidate experience moderator and improvements initiator - that would be expected from you.
Rewarding part will be traveling to job fairs (or not for the virtual ones), giving presentations for graduates audience, attending coffee chats and may more related to promotion of Eurofins brand.

Qualifications
Education: You have to bear Bachelor or Master degree
Language: Perfect English language skills. Portuguese language - fluent is a must.
Experience: You need to bring prior experience in recruitment for international organization.
Your profile: You need to be independent recruiter with no fear for complex and ambiguous tasks, and a team player.
If you are familiar with managing social media that would be an additional asset.
