Shift hours: Monday to Friday: 07:00AM - 04:00PM (Rotational shifts)
2 days off: Saturday and Sunday
Tasks:
Manage customer expectations regarding products and services.
Prepare, maintain, and review files.
Communicate with customers via email or chat to provide product information, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
Profile:
German or French C2
English B2
Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
