We're Shadow Profile, a small (but mighty) game dev studio based in Portugal. We build cool stuff using Unity3D — games, VR/AR apps, training simulators, and more. Our clients range from indie studios to international companies. Things are growing fast, and we're ready to level up our business side — that's where you come in.
What we need
We're on the hunt for a part-time Business Developer to help us find new clients, pitch our work, and bring in exciting projects. If you love connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and crafting great proposals — we'd love to meet you.
What you'll be doing
- Find and connect with potential clients in gaming, XR, and simulation
- Write short, sharp proposals and messages (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Help us show off our work to the right people
- Work closely with our founder to brainstorm outreach strategies
- Bring fresh ideas for growth — partnerships, leads, you name it
What we're looking for
- You've done business dev before — freelance or agency is totally fine
- You're a strong communicator and love writing short, compelling pitches
- You understand the world of game dev / Unity3D (or you're a fast learner)
- You're self-motivated and can manage your own time
- Bonus points if you're familiar with tools like Dripify, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Upwork, etc.
