Position Summary
As the Content Tech Process Optimizer Specialist in our IMS Content Services team, you will participate and support global initiatives by acting as a key player in exploring, identifying, mapping, and benchmarking opportunities for productivity & business value, leveraging methods, tools, and technologies within Nestlé’s Content Ecosystem. You will be responsible for estimating the potential benefits & prioritization of initiatives to maximize the impact of the resources invested and will be involved in the global pipeline of initiatives & drive actions to achieve the defined targets.
A day in the life of...
* Efficiently mapping opportunities to optimize and streamline current and future tech workflows systems in Nestlé's internal Content ecosystem.
* Promoting, tracking, controlling, and challenging our Content Ecosystem initiatives, including automation initiatives by providing meaningful insights collected from the operational teams.
* Contributing to overall Nestlé’s Content Operating Model adoption, best practices evolution & standardization.
* Supporting the design of effective workflows built for efficiencies to ensure the best user journeys in our content ecosystem.
* Performing internal prioritization ensuring alignment with global initiatives, providing regular project reporting and maintaining constant contact with diverse teams (internal and external).
* Monitoring and ensuring compliance of processes and projects, aligned with Nestlé’s standards, including effective management of standard routines.
* Executing all tests, reporting, and tracking eventual issues until their full resolution.
* Providing ongoing guidance to automation partners and ensuring process changes are captured and implemented.
* Capturing, digesting, and managing large volumes of data and transforming it into KPIs.
* Consolidating and reviewing performance results using available data, dashboards, and reports for IMS Content Services.
* Controlling and managing the escalation flow related to Content Tech, supporting and challenging the operational teams for proper resolution based on real root-cause analysis and issue solving.
* Supporting operational teams in updating best practices for production efficiency, accuracy, quality control, and development processes by creating and sharing guidelines, best practices, and training within the organization.
* Leveraging and capturing Continuous Improvement potential through the usage of management routines such as Operational Meetings and practices such as GSTD (Go See Think Do).
* Leading and facilitating working sessions and executive meetings with relevant internal & external teams.
What will make you successful
* 3 to 5 years of experience in complex workflows, tech systems & supply-chain tech and process mapping.
* Experience with Content Tech and storage, such as DAM systems (Large-scale Workflow systems is a plus).
* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
* User journeys and UX mindset.
* Experience in technical support.
* Knowledge in digesting and managing large volumes of data / data analytics, including data tracking and reporting.
* Analytical skills to drive the generation of insights.
* Great knowledge of best practices for marketing operations, marketing automation, and content tech (i.e.: execution, delivery, storage).
* Expertise in continuous improvement methods.
* Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods.
* Understanding Content & Digital advertising, marketing, and media landscape is a plus.
* Proficiency in leading and facilitating workshops and executive meetings.
* Proficiency in English is required (spoken and written).
* PowerBI experience is a plus.
